SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to all invoices and must be paid in full If you have a valid tax-exempt certificate you may upload it to your account profile, by selecting the “Are you a reseller” tab.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 15% buyer's premium is added to each item purchased. If you bid $100.00 your invoice total will be $115.00 plus any applicable sales tax.
REMOVAL
All items must be removed no later than 3:00 p.m. (PT) on Saturday, August 31st, 2024.

- ALL SALES COMPLETED BY ESTATE 360 ARE TRUE AUCTIONS, BY LEGAL DEFINITION. OUR SOFTWARE IS BUILT TO SIMULATE A "LIVE" AUCTION EVENT, WHEREAS BIDDING WILL NOT CLOSE AS LONG AS BIDS ARE RECEIVED. THERE IS NO ABILITY TO "SNIPE" BID. IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE FINAL TWO MINUTES REMAINING ON AN ITEM'S CLOCK, THE BIDDING WILL BE EXTENDED FOR 5 MINUTES GIVING "YOU" THE BIDDER, A CHANCE TO RE-BID.
